At the Anderson Longevity Clinic, our goal is to provide extraordinary service while assisting you with your healthcare needs. As a valued patient, you will typically have zero wait times, and you’ll meet with the provider in a comfortable environment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), debit cards, and cash payments. Payment is due at time of service. While the cost of the office visit usually isn’t covered by insurance, you may submit documentation to your insurance company. We do not participate in any insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. It’s possible that any or all of your billed services may not be reimbursable by your insurance provider.
If your insurance plan does pay for treatment or office visits, you may file for reimbursement through your insurance company. This does not influence charges or payment due for services rendered. While our staff can provide you with the form with the correct codes to file, we unfortunately cannot contact your insurance company if there are problems. We reserve the right to stop any treatment.
Prices for office visits, treatments, and supplies are subject to change without notice. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, if you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee.
